If there is one thing you cannot fault this book with, it would be overhype. In a market where so many guides claim to give you acne free skin within 3 days, or making you blemish free overnight, this book is refreshingly honest!
It claims to cure your acne in 2 weeks – if anything, it sounds a little underwhelming. Many over the counter products seem to give me that result, so is this book worth your dollar? This 14 Days Acne Cure Review will attempt to give you all the information you need to make a decision.
First Impressions
As I mentioned before, I wasn’t too excited to find out that I had to wait a full 2 weeks to see my mild acne disappear. Not long into the book however, I understood exactly what the book was trying to achieve.
Casey Gentles, the author of this book kindly explains that the 14 day cure period was a challenge set for the most severe of acne, with milder forms being cured earlier (Ahhh, he read my mind!).
With this challenge set, it was time to pull out my critiquing hat – sounds like a bit of hype to me.
Firstly, the bonuses. Many products offer bonuses galore, but I actually found the 5 additional books as bonuses to be surprisingly complimentary to the main theme of the book. Sitting on around 70 pages, 14 Days Acne Cure was a fairly substantial book, so that at least gave me some reader’s confidence.
Techniques Prescribed
One of the main positives for me was that it provided a ready made 14-day acne fighting plan that you could literally pluck out and transplant into your calendar. It gave a clear set of daily objectives with a cleansing plan, diet plan and additional extras (like detox and nutritional supplements).
There is a very clever way in which this program is set out – something you could easily miss if you just followed it verbatim. In providing a daily plan of action, it implicitly tries to instill good hygiene and dietary habits into his readers, and this is the true value of this book.
They say that it takes 21 days to develop a new habit, and by the end of this guide, you would have gone 2/3rds of the way in achieving that – bravo!
Another thing you immediately notice is that each claim made in this book is backed up with some scientific explanation. A lot of the reasons behind the techniques are explained in detail so that the reader never has to wonder why they’re being asked to do something.
The final word
All in all this is a solid well researched and written guide that certainly delivers. I would take the 14 day cure period with a pinch of salt, especially if you have more severe forms of acne, but then again you have the full 60-day refund period to see if it really works.
I highly recommend this book and it is something you should really consider if you’re looking for solid techniques to get rid of your acne and more importantly, keep it away.
The support team for the product is also highly useful and have a maximum turnaround time of 48 hours if you have any questions about your purchase. Click on the link below to visit 14 Days Acne Cure Website.
